    A/T Fluid

My transmission is a little rough on me so I wanted to flush my A/T fluid and change transmission filters. I heard that if car didn't have A/T fluid flushed in longer then 60,000 miles you shouldn't do it because your transmission might die. I know for sure that my G had A/T fluid flushed in 2001 at 30k miles and I don't if it had transmission touched ever since then. Right now the car has 90k miles on and I want to flush fluid and change filters , should I do it , or it might kill my transmission??

if its shifting rough, check the fluid level, if it's low a simple fill to the proper level might be sufficient to fix the problem.

its a 7g. it will start shifting rough at some point of the time.

You wanna smooth thing out a bit, get a bigger oil cooler. when I changed mine it made the whole difference in the world. Id like to believe that it made my tranny last to 220k miles. It was still good at the time of 5 spd swap
