Old member, with a new ride ( again )

Hey guys, last time i posted here, i was a proud new owner of a 2008 mitsubishi lancer gts, although that car was hooked the hell up, with coilovers carbon fiber etc.. i still wasn't satisfied, why you ask, yeah no boost. I went to mitsubishi dealer just to flush my transmission the lancer already had 34K miles on it when i did that. When i got to the dealership i asked if they had any evo x or ralliarts on the lot, they told me they had 2 ralliarts white and gray.. I told them i wanna to test drive it.. Yeah well this was my first turbo car to drive.. I didn't know what to expect.. Although i have driven SETH's 7g while back i didnt know still what to expect.. I didnt even get on the ralliart, i told myself i had to get it.. Few days later i was back and i was trading my 08 lancer in for 2009 ralliart. I bought the 08 lancer for 14.3K and sold it back to them for 16.2K just because it had all those things done to it.. some parts came from MALAYSIA and europe, so some of these parts you couln't get in USA.. thats what upped the value.. I did spend the whole day at that dealership convincing the owner that he should give me 16k for it.. ( few months later they sold it for 18K so they made money and so did I ,, I bought the ralliart for 23.3K and it was listed for 27K. They called me up and told me if i come today only i will be able to get the ralliart for 23.3k out the door..

Although its not self built like peanos, or DOHCstunr or shadows or seths, i love this ride, and i have mad respect for the guys mentioned!

So I'm curious, what does the car use for airflow measurement? MAS, SD? Just curious because of the vented BOV. Congrats on the nice ride. BTW, feel free to send me those seats any time. I'll cover shipping ;)

Just as a slightly on topic, off topic post. I met with a new local mitsu dealer that is setting up shop. They seem like chill guys and they let me drive the RA. If I had the bank I would so buy it. Love the feel of the interior. Their prts dept should be open soon so Im gonna see if maybe we can get discounted OEM parts. I told him about TGC and he said maybe in a few months we can do like Mitsu appreciation meets or something of the sort. We'll see. All I can say is great choice on car.

its not automatic, i though you would already do your research about this.. its twin clutch AUTOMATED MANUAL transmission, I still have control over my shifting or i can let the ecu do the shifting for me first clutch controls gears R, 1, 3, 5 and second does 2, 4, 6.

this BOV has been designed especially for the evo x and ralliart. Due to the check engine light being thrown.. i used to have a BOV that was similar to this one but it was for evo 9 and it kept on throwing codes all the time.. i haven't had any problems with it. and i probably wont..

you can find some info about it here.
