I beleive its an integra or civic short ram pipe with either a 3 inch mas adaptor or a 4 inch mas adaptor witha 4inch to 3 inch reducer
I decided to take everyones advice and do the cold air intake setup instead of just getting a short ram. It seems simple enough. I just need a favor, can someone hook me up with a parts list? I know I need a cold air intake for an Integra GSR. Do I need the entire intake? Like the $200+ intake system? Also where can I get the few other things like the MAS adapter and the rubber reducers? I'd appreciate the help.

Defitnly do CAI not shortram. If you read one of my posts up here I measured intake air temp on a 30degree day with a short ram at 140 somethin degrees. With my stock airbox it was only 60. CAI would probably be mid 40s.

Ok, with the info JiP has been providing I think I am gonna have to do some modding to my short ram and make it a CAI. So where can I get just the single pipe or what pipe should I be looking for specifically. i have already got the pipe from the tb to the MAS. Am I still gonna have to spend like 30 for the whole intake kit or can I get a single pipe somewhere else?
you can get the single pipe from AutoZone(92-95Civic short ram) but you may as well get the Integra GSR intake from, ive seen em as low as $25.95...plus you could size up the shortram and sell it

Aw good idea
hey guys i got A PROBLEM WITH my cold air my car keeps dieing with the cold air on got any idea why.
hmmm did you reset the ECU after you did this? another thing, did you remove some of the honeycomb that was in the MAS? o yah, one more thing did you make sure that the wire clip is plugged into the MAS? if none of those fix your problem, im not sure what it is...

yes, seth my honey combs are gone. I think thats it but how do i reset my ecu first before i get some honey combs, honey combs.
You need to put the center honey comb back in, the MAS is designed with honey combs to smooth the air before it hits the actual diode. you can leave out all the other honey combs EXCEPT for the center one. also reset your computer by disconnecting your battery for an hour or so.
Nice job GalantSpeed, I likes.
For all those others, my GSR Cold Air Intake tutorial WILL be up by the middle of the week. Took some leave

Just curious what you used to build your CAI?
i bought a 95 Civic del sol short ram intake off ebay. i dont know why, but it was called short ram, but the piping is just as long as the integra intake everyone buys. i kept my intake stock till it got to the MAF, then i put the converter on to make it a circle. then a 4" to 3" rubber converter, and then the civic pipe. ran it down to the fucking GROUND. then put on the intake. it was raining the other day, and i drove around for a while, hit some puddles. immediatly parked in my garage, got on the floor. not one drop of water touched the intake, must be shielded by the bumper really well.
It's a short ram on the Del Sol, they don't have a MAS so it goes stright from the TB to the filter on Honda's. That's why...
Thanks, doing research
