Question on IAC valves

My car whenever i turn the A/C on at idle just shuts off. Im pretty sure the IAC is bad (stuck more likely) and after having read some threads here an there it looks like the Galant is notorius for this part going bad. Does anyone know what years besides the 99-03 8g have an IAC that would fit my car? Ive gone now to some junkyards an almost every Galant 8g ive seen has been completely stripped of EVERYTHING. I really would rather try to find one on an older car then spend 150 or even 300 bucks for a new one.

I believe the 00-05 Eclipse 4cyl uses the same IAC too.
