Creaking Transmission

I have a 00 G I4, my transmission is making an ugly creaking sound while shifting. When I shift to Drive it creaks then stops, but when I put it in Reverse it constantly creaking till I shift to P or D. Also while in Reverse if I hit the gas the car will rattle and shut down. I just changed the ATF and it is still creaking but I need to get it flushed professionally.

Is this the symptoms of transmission failure???
