Need help of the PROS! Please

Can someone take this picture and add the wheels from the link and do 2 different "tints" for me. I would like to do either a light tint or a medium tint. I like to make sure no laws are broken but most of all, I just want to see what it will look like. As a side note, when the car is re-done it is going to look just like this only with the new wheels and MAYBE a tint if it looks good.
