    ya 1G's aint bad its their starters that are no good smh lolol.

    lmao i adjusted it so i have another half inch to go before it grabs and its still low and i love it. now no1 i teach can ride the clutch when i teach them

    haha no, i don't mean a 2g i'm getting the 5speed swap parts separate. i'm just getting a 1G turbo for myself to drive. its only $300

    I already figured, it needs new interior so i'm hoping the guy is selling so cheap because of this reason but we will see

    Just a quick update for anyone who cares lol

    The shop found a parts car and will start removing parts today. With any luck, I will be 5 speed within a week :D

    it was a pain in the ass to do on my car, but well worth the effort. There is no mod I have ever done to the car that compares to the swap....you will enjoy greatly once its done

    Well, until this car I have never removed a transmission from a car. but since everything has gone well up till now (besides the tranny not working) I'm sure it will be a breeze.

    I will be doing all the work myself except for getting the MT mounted and bleeding the clutch so it will take me awhile but at least its finally been cooler here. no more 100+ days for a while :D

    nice, good for u, if u cant, buy a new clutch, so u dont gonna need to change it, and paid again to put a new one later

    Just an update for anyone still fallowing this. I still haven't got the 5 speed yet but its still in the works. We did end up buying a 2000 Eclipse GT V6 and a 1995 Geo Metro 3cyl 1.0L\5 speed. The G is still sitting on all 4 in my drive way and will be staying there till next summer probably, going to 5 speed swap, fix the rings and rebuild a DOHC head for it at the same time. We'll see what happens in the coming months.

    I'll keep you guys updated :)
