what about front make sure the bumpstop are cut for more drop

dude...the car doesn't sit on the bumpstops unless the suspension is shot, if it does you need to replace your struts and your springs. it wont be any lower if he cuts them. it will have more travel though if he is hitting large dips and bumps. I didn't cut mine and haven't bottomed out my suspension anyway. I have tested it a great deal. already driven about 500 miles on new Tein's. bumpstop has nothing to do with drop, stiffness or anything but control arm bottoming out on the frame when you hit something to hard.
It probably sits lower in the back because his shocks are shot.

I'm not the one who said it looks lower in the back than the front, I said "If it is then the struts are probably shot" looking at the picture it looks fine, If your car is riding on the bump stops though that's not good...something is wrong.
It is very bad to ride on the bump stops, they are so the suspension components don't "bottom out" on the frame if you hit something too hard. Lowering the car gets your parts closer to the bump stops but the progressive rate of the new springs should compensate for the loss of travel.
the car doesn't and shouldn't "ride" on the bump stops.
