In car light problem

So after I've bought this 1994 galant, I want to put this car back on the road.
I'm trying to figure out all the problems that it has.
I'm currently working on the interior of the car.
I have problem with the guage cluster lights (the onces that turn on when i turn on the headlights lights)and the once that are in the dash such as the buttons.
I've chequed all fuses, also I replace the dim control, but no luck.
Can you guys help me out with this?what else do I have to chec?

All the lights in the dash that has to come on when you turn the headlighs on, doesn't come on.

i am having the exact same problem on my 94 galant es. but when i start the car the check engine light, low oil light, open door light, ect work just not the speedo, tach, temp, and gas will not light up.

When I first got the G, the entire Instrument Cluster wouldn't turn on and lucky for me I bought it an hour from home and it got dark as soon as I hit the road. Had to use my phone to check my speed and temp. Next day, I went nuts looking for fuses. I figured there's no way all the bulbs went on it, wrong!!! All the bulbs the lit the panel were burned out. So simply replaced them.
