Info and questions on Strokers...

So after having some fun with a v6 stratus, that i could not beat, but i could keep up with lol, just not enough power to creep up past them, with a 5 speed swap.... I have decided to turbo the g... BUT i kinda have deep pockets when i want something done right... so I began looking for info, searching on the best option for my bang... I'm pretty sure I am going to build a fully built motor with the 2.4 block, and I already have the Evo 8 head ha ha... BUT i also wanted the reving characteristics and power band of the 4g63t engine, and i belive max for the evo motor is 8863 rpms... and i know the max for a built 2.4 is 7800 rpm... check it out

So i'm pretty sure i'm stuck on the 2.1 destroker.... the 4g64 block with the evo crank and head, with 162mm rods with a 87mm bore... SO basically I'm gaining almost 2500 rpm over the stock 2.4... but only about 1000 rpm over the built 2.4... and on par with the 2.0, but with more displacement... which equals turbo spooling up quicker, but idk how much quicker...
I also read this... granted its for a talon but hey good info right? :)

lots of good info on both of these links... And know the question... For people that have built motors and turbod the g, which one do you think is the best option... for the 2.1 i will have the same power band as the 2.0, but with just a little more displacement.. but with the 2.4, i will have alot more displacement, but I lose the power band range... I'm open to any suggestions and comments, Thanks guys

how deep are your pockets if you dont mind my asking in this swap...

4G64 blck with 4G63 head would be my vote.

The displacement depends on what you want to put into it really you can go pretty much anywhere between 2.1-2.6 with that block and head combo.

i guess how ever much it takes to get it done the way i want to... i mean i 'm going with the evo head and our block but idk where to go from there lol 2.1 2.2 2.3 2.4? idk having a tough time.. certain ones look appealing while others make more sense you know?
