Welcome to TGC, clean 8G to start with, and yeah lowering it will help, and with stock springs on it the back does have less wheel gap then the front

Make your 4 cylinder not sound like a ricer if you plan on a full exhaust, exhaust maifold, and short ram? That's kinda hard...

Welcome to TGC!!! I say lowering your car would deff be nice...its pretty much a really good way to make your car look just a tad bit more sporty. I would look into a magnaflow exhaust system. Goodluck and if you need help dont be afraid to ask.

Welcome to TGC. Clean G. Like Galantfan88 said, Magnaflow cat from the 00-05 eclipse "have to add some extra piping" best sound, low tone. OBX headers if you dont want to spend much. CAI or SRI, go for a name brand like injen or AEM. Spring for nice drop. Tein S Tech. front -1.7 rear -1.3. When you drop the car go with KYB AGX adjustable shocks because they will handle the drop better than stock shocks.
