if it has stacks like the on pic i posted then it counts, unless you have stacks on a gas engine then it doesnt

seriously guys, give it time lol!!!! people don't rearrange their lives to play this game on other forums, sometimes a requirement takes up to a week to fulfill on a forum where there are 200X as many members as we have here. Stick with the diesel truck with stacks request.
