well i think 3g ecu would be my best bet money and time wise anyone think differently.
got a question for the dohc swapped people.
if i decide to go dohc with no turbo (not ready for FI yet) i know the stock ecu will work but im looking to 5spd at the same time and dont want a CEL.
would the evo ecu work on a n/a application? if so would i need to flash and tune and buy the boomslang adapter? or could a 3g ecu work ok?

if your not goin turbo then most likely and even if you do ive heard you can flash the evo rom onto one of them.

i was thinking evo but i would need a taxtric cable and boomslang harness and a few other things right? but if there really is a fix for the 02 ecu then ill just do that instead but i cant find it anywhere.

you dont "need" a boomslang i didnt use one and mine works but its a pain in the ass without one but yea you would need an openport cable but im pretty sure you need it either way. and a fix? do you mean for the manual swap?
