Dual ECU O2 sensor

I have a question about my dual ecu setup. I''m having problems setting my o2 monitor therefore I cannot get it emissions tested. I downloaded the factory spec to complete certain drive cycles, still it wont set. My coolant temp is about 147 degrees F. I had to solder a resistor on the sensor to bring the temp to correct opperating temp. But its throwing the DTC for coolant temp.

Does anyone have any ideas as far as what I can do to set the o2 monitor?

well im using a sonata head but i doubt its any different with the sensors i just swapped in an evo coolant sensor theyre only 17$ new and it takes like 1min to do as for 02 sensors i havent had any problems.
