    staggered rims

    has anyone ever tried it? i only just heard of it a few days ago. it's when the rear wheels are wider than the front. they say it's popular with drifters and commonly seen on bmw m3's.

    Maybe because they are........rear wheel drive?

    a ton of VW guys do this, Honestly it is for looks and with the right ride height (stance) and can look great, but for handling on a fwd car it is useless.
