    ^ Ditto, also you should be running 1 or even 2 steps colder plug then factory spec.

    yeah I'm pretty sure I can use the evo 8 spark plugs, I'm using the 4g64 plugs with .028 gap and not .044 so the plugs look kinda weird

    go with NGK evo ones get 1 step colder do believe part number should end in a 7

    yeah true, I think I'm going to get just reg ones just so i know it actually works and then work my way from there

    yeah actually i did all the pins were &$@*ed, i had to send it back and i showed them the pinout on road race engineering, and they where all good after that they even hooked up the knock sensor wire to my car, donno why extra wire for me to hook it up tho

    so you sent the pinout back with the harness? did they atleast pay for shipping??.

    the evo8 ecu has a knock sensor wire the 8g ecu doesn't even have a knock sensor so how can you have a wire or something that's not there, when i got the harness it was missing like 50 wires seriously it had like the important things but not the other stuff like the o2's and data links etc. it was pretty back i sent it back i payed shipping to them they shipped it back fixed

    ah gotcha, wouldnt you just run a wire from the knock sensor pin a the evo ecu side, and then wire up the knock sensor from there?? you wouldnt have to run through the conversion harness.

    yeah, that's what I'm going to do, and get a larger wire from the trunk (battery) to the front, and buy some spark plugs hopefully that fixes it all, and i gotta make a test pipe so i dont throw so many o2 codes

    yeah, I got a 3" high flow cat but I'm not gonna weld steel flanges to Stainless Steel, or I could just to get rid of the codes, still haven't decided yet

    yeah tell me about it, i was thinking of buying another 8G and putting all this in it, i got mad miles on her, i think that's glare from the sun mainly, its bright this morning, plus one of the headlight housings is broke in the inside, JDM head soon hopefully after this

    Full JDM kit next? lol

    Hey, when you sent the boomslang harness back to them, what pin out sheet did you send them? Cuz I also have to get mine redone =(
