Well I did block the icv.
    Well start the car, samething.
Check engine light comes on when i press the gas.
It seems that the engine is getting too much gas.

    I'm thinking about this part,e8t00171 .
    It's called engine control relay.
I'll scan the car tomorrow and see what the problem is

Well didn't scan the car yet, but the engine control module is ok.
I've changed it and same thing.
I think now that the ecu is fried.

Ok guy i really need some help on getting my car back on track.
I have a autoxray system, I scaned the car, but it tells me that cannot reed nothing.
I saw in menu that obII 1996 to present, but this engine and computer box is 1994, so I think that's why it doesn't reed.
A friend of mine came with another scan system, and it scanned.
mass air sensor, tps sensor, water temp sensor and idle control valve, came on the screen.
Iput a new mass air sensor on, a tps sensor, water temp sensor from a running car of a friend of mine
But still the same problem....I didn't scanned it back tho to see what's going on.

you have to reset the ecu after making changes to it.

    how do you reset?
just take the batt cable?(did it already)
I didn't know that my friend wrote the problems on a paper.
I found it today in my car.
    vaf,iat,tps,iac,temp sensor,aps
The only thing that i didn't check is the egr.
Can the EGR cause so much problem?

    Well, problem solved.
The ecu was the problem, something in it has fried.
I took it to a electronic repair technician and he fix it for me....

darn, can i ask how much would that cost.? is it also hard to find some of them as surplus parts? my friend waited for ages to just find an ecu since its a very hot item here in my area..

Last week the car just died with me on my way home.

Today I took the injectors they clean them for me, went home put them back, and start the car.
It started and runs fine, the engine runs for about 10 minutes...
Went for a test drive, put the car in revers and bam, start to work bad again, same thing.
Maybe there is a loose wire??

Mko I didn't check for cel yet< cause my friend didn't get a chance to check it for me.
Today I started the car just started fine runs fine, check engine light came on, but the car keep running fine, went for a test drive, runs fine.
Got back home, turn the car off, start it back, runs fine, than again began to missfire and died

So it has something to do with too much gas.
Is there something that control the gas?
That is a very bad sign! Did you notice the black smoke before your cooling fan wiring mishap? Does the exhaust smell like rotten eggs?

If this black smoke problem only happened after grounding out your wiring, then you may have fried your ECU. What Seth98esT said about the 80 amp alt fuse brings back a sad time when I once fried an ECU (luckily it was in my brother's honda civic and not some random stranger's car). Check to see if you can read trouble codes off of it. If you can't, or you can but the codes don't make any sense, then your ECU is probably in the graveyard my friend.

The black smoke and rotten-egg smelling exhaust indicates to me that the ECU is in "limp mode". The broken ECU runs the engine waay too rich and the smell is the end result of that.

A friend of mine came with another scan system, and it scanned.
mass air sensor, tps sensor, water temp sensor and idle control valve, came on the screen.
This to me doesn't make any sense. There's no way all those sensors went bad at once. Again, a sign the ECU is fried.

The black smoke is from running too rich. IDK what to tell you, did you swap the fuel pressure regulator and fuel pump relay signal comes from the ECU and the cam sensor.
