Just keep the track clean and lubricated (lithium grease), and spray the rubbers with some silicone spray to keep them from drying out.......that's about all i could suggest. If the track is clean and smooth, I don't see you having a problem.
My moon roof is working just fine and I would like to keep it that way. What are the steps needed to make sure its taken care of? Im spending a lot of time sorting thru tut's and old post but dont see one addressing this.
Thanks for your time!

The silicone suggestion is good, I do the same thing with mine.
I'm cheap so I grease the joints.
@ boochieboy by taking those steps should that prevent the sunroof from leaking?
if you use your sunroof alot you should also send pressured air through the water tubes to clear them out before sparying with silicon and you should take a terry cloth and clean off the edgeswhere the sunroof and roof-lip contact.
