Few quick questions:
1) What does 4G64 SOHC mean?
2) Is my intake CAI or SRI?
3) What are slotted front brake rotors?
4) Do the lowering springs have any performance advantages or is it merely for aesthetics?
5) Where's a good place to start in terms of modifications?
6) Tint or no tint?

Fun Fact: that rear spoiler you have is a jdm replica of the JDM Galant Super VR-4 spoiler. Other than that, I'll let the other guys answer your questions. Good night.

Thanks for the quick reply, already have a new tab pulled out that goes over JDM. How could you tell that it was a replica and not authentic?

welcome to TGC enjoy your stay!

1) 4g64 is the engine code states what it is like 4g63 or 6a13tt just says what type of motor you have. SOHC= single over head cam

2) if you can see the filter inside the bay close to the battery its probably SRI or short ram intake if the filter goes lower like behind the front bumper its cai or cold air intake

3)look behind your front wheel and you will see your brake rotor looks like a shiny disc. slotted means it has been slotted for better performance and to help with cooling. yours looks to be drilled too which is better for performance.

4)lowering springs help with handling as well as looks great

5) you are in the right place there is a search feature that is you friend use it often, a lot of the questions you had just now could have been searched here or even googled and found easily enough

6) personal preference but i say tint it

Damn man! You have a really good start there. You just bought it and its better than mine. lol. Keep up the good work and search your ass off. There is alot of info and you have to look for it. Nice car. My personal opinion is to loose the spoiler and get something more suttle. But thats my taste.

Nice bro. Good start. You could keep the spoiler if you go with a JDM vr4 look or other JDM body that will give you an aggressive look if you going for that. . Tint will be nice. Search on the forum for members rides so you could get an better idea of what other members did to their cars. GOOD luck. Welcome to TGC

take off the pinstripes. also, that wing is too big for the stock body, it was meant to go with the full SUPER VR-4 kit... either get a full body kit to match it or remove it as it sticks out way too much w/o other body mods.

you have a really nice looking car. you should post some pics of the engine bay. i would tint the windows and get a stock spoiler if i was you, but that's just my opinion.
