I just got a used motor and threw my old head on there as the old head has a massive port job done on it. Did the Arp studs and MLS gasket as prep for whenvever boost comes.

Its going great i have a EGR code to fix but i know where that issue is and then reverse lights

Thats good at least you got it up and running,did you ever figure out what was wrong with the other engine?

I might be able to source up a reverse connector if you want. I probably have one on my other 5spd tranny you can have.

I had to modify an old connector I had from the Diamante wiring harness to fit the reverse solenoid connection, then wire that to another connector, which coincided to a connector that was wired to pins 7 and 8. Confusing huh? lol

I got my Eclipse no name strut tower brace and am actually amazed at the results/money spent...just ignore the rust starting in the engine bay. That's Wisconsin for ya.

Complete color change excluding engine bay but including door jambs along with bodywork on the quarter panel and filling any holes, dings, and scratches comes to 1099 dollars. This guy has been painting cars for 60 years, I drove to his shop and he has new corvettes to 30's cars and everything in between, it's incredible, it's a family business out in the boonies him, his son, and his grandson and their work is incredible, not to mention the price is awesome.

If you can let me know i was haivng a helluva time trying to solder the wire to the pins
