Man that's a nice looking bike. I've been thinking about one a bit lately... and in white too...

Have you ridden before? If you know what riding is like, then go for it bro. If you haven't, give it a try cause its the most relaxing thing ever. $150 bucks a month is all I pay. I haven't ridden in 3 years and 2 weeks ago, my boy came around on his new Yamaha and told me to throw my leg over. So I said do you mind if I take it around the block and he said go for it. Lets just say a few weeks later and $1100 I came home with my bike lol

Went back to the junkyard and got a pretty clean carpet that Imma power wash clean then dye it black, and 4 clean door panels imma try to paint and wrap. Found rear discs but the wheels were still on and they had a wheel lock on it. Paid 60 bucks for everything. 2 weeks til MOD2014, gonna make a push to get this interior done!

And speaking of interiors...took out my driver kick well speaker and made room for this thing XD also cleaned up all those wires and routed to a fuse box (left side you can barely see it)

Bought new aftermarket heated mirrors..mainly because I want black mirrors without painting. Hopefully the heating function works. Current ones only have 3 wires to a male end but the female is pinned for 5 as I've read heated mirrors have.

Yeah was kinda wondering on that. From the ebay pics they look to have a semi gloss finish, so was hoping they will hold better than just a matte black or primered mirrors. For the price which is like 55 shipped for the pair new, I'll probably chance it and just wax now and then. Cause with my luck with paint, probably screw em up and have to replace anyway lol

The clear coat is to avoid fading. If you wait the the damage is already done. Those are small enough parts that you can just go to and store and buy clear coat in a rattle can. Spray even and let dry. Super simple. Avoid the problem before it starts.
