D2 Coils ordered today, gonna feel good dropped again, thinking almost time for a build thread :)

New timing belt kit with water pump, spark plugs, oil, oil filter, valve cover gasket kit, timing cover gaskets, coolant, all hoses,trans fluid,rear motor mount for the other 02 G. Installed the broken timing belt to make sure she was still had life, AAND, SHES ALIVE!!! Car $300.00, parts $300.00 well worth bringing her back on the road.. And the mod begins after this.

Looking for a clutch and flywheel since i have none, im looking at this.

as for flywheel a Yard not to far from me has a flywheel and flexplate from a manual 00-05 eclipse should i get that?

or is this possible to work as i read the 2g clutch fits.

FYI an issues I ran into when I hung my clutch pedal early:
The auto brake pedal sits a lot further left than the manual one does (even when you cut it down they are still hella close...like 1" between brake/clutch) so if you hang it early be warned it won't look right :/ although once the manual one is in everything works super smooth (duh)

Ah I gotcha...well if you do help out at all the 2 hardest parts we had when doing mine a few weeks ago were getting the firewall bolt in/out (like everyone says it's a PITA...2 hours to get it out with a wrench) and getting the new trans in...make sure to take the plastic wheel well stuff off, makes that WAY easier!!! We finally stopped fighting it, called it a night, got that stuff out of there next morning, and then practically threw the manual in XD

What clutch and flywheel do you have are you v6 or 14

I'm v6
I have the oe flywheel and the exedy oe replacement clutch

In a year or so I'm going to upgrade to lightweight FW and better clutch but that's still a ways off...check out Goosey and (maddocks?) how to threads, I think they both give clutch recommendations
