That sucks man, I hope you aren't too bummed about it. Maybe you should Throw a bitch fit with your insurance company and hopefully get your way, since all this bodywork isn't helping the problem.

The issue is my insurance company isn't involved anymore. The other company paid for everything as I was instructed to have happen. Then I was also told I should have had MY insurance company pay everything and then I would be more protected for the car. I am extremely bummed out because this was my first new car, all the hard work put into the down payment and now the first full year of payments are all going to waste because someone can't drive. But I'm looking at a Silver/Black Hemi that I could trade this one in today for and put down the extra cash and call it a day.

Get a lawyer or something man, you shouldn't have to take a loss for someone else's mistake.

I've had it this whole time, but the personal property was "paid for in repairs" and when I was talking to the dealer about the HEMI today, he said its BS how CarFax marks your car as "dirty" in the industries eyes but yet it was prolly fixed damn near perfect. He thinks that insurance companies should pay you the difference but none do. But the 2011 Billet Silver hemi I'm looking at is sick... so maybe it was just meant to be
