Need help with my suspension

sorry mind I'm having trouble with my suspension, because my galant has lower springs 2.0 front 1.8 rear, but the big problem is that my car on the driver's side is lower than the right side, these past months been putting on lower and this is worrying for me because the rear wheel driver side is a little into the rear fender and front tire is also a bit more than normal in the right side of my car tires are spaced from the fenders, This is worrying for me, not if it's time to replace my lower springs or may be another cause, and I have 3 years with my lower sp. approximately 35,000 miles.

I seriously doubt it is the springs, could be the shocks.
