Wiperarm

Ok like early fall I took off the wiper arms ............... Well I just bought some new wipers. I noticed that the passengers side wiper is not completly touching the glass (yes the wipers are the right size [the ones that were there before weren't]) Well I tryed to make them sit right but it just won't any Ideas suggestions?? :?: :?

check to see if the actual arm is not bent or anything. also make sure that there is tension on the spring for the arm
