    It looks like the balance shaft belt has no teeth on it?!?!?


    So you changed the balance shaft belt as well? If you did and you changed the oil pump, it seems as if you installed something wrong which caused the balance shaft to sieze and cause the belt to rip the teeth off. If thats the case, its all gotta get taken apart again. If it was my motor and it was out of the car, those balance shafts would be eliminated. Also you said in your PM's to me that the lifters were super noisy, is it possible that the oil pump install went bad and the whole motor didnt have oil pressure. No/low pressure will kill a balance shaft bearing quick. It could be so many different things I think the oil solution is to remove it from the car, remove the pan and oil pump to determine what is damaged.
