If you supercharge it and don't exceed 7-8 psi boost you will have no problems with stock internals.

The car will respond with boost right from idle revs.

If you turbo it costs will be more and turbo lag will shift the power levels up the rev range.

I prefer the supercharger.

if you want to do it right, go with a properly sized turbo. The 6G75 makes enough torque outside of boost to not have an issue building it.
