Autometer Gauge

From some reason the search isint working for me right now, and this issue has been bugging me. I know it is a noob question, but would a autometer phantom series water temp work of our stock sensor?? I heard some work and some dont because of the stock resistance is different.

Also will our stock oil pressure sending unit work?? i dont think it will but just to make sure.
