newbie looking for help in swapping engines

i have a 2006 galant 2.4l 160hp i wanted to know if i could put a v6 it and how difficult it will actually be

I am not that familiar with the 9G platform, but I do know that the 8G platforms 4 cylinder and 6 cylinder have different motor mounts and tranny's. You would, at a minimum, have to get custom motor mounts and possibly tranny mounts made.

The way car prices are today it would be easier to get a 9G ralliart or GTS with the 3.8 V6.

If you want power I would suggest searching for 9G turbo kits, sorry I am not the best help out there.
