that button is actually really cool, being able to start in second in the snow and ice would have been awesome while auto.

i may seem like a noob but what LEDs do i need after reading all these different types. i will only be doing the gauge cluster so only the LEDs for that are what i need clarified

Alright noob.lol you need 3 72 size LEDs and 4 194s. Make sure to get SMD LEDs with multiple light diodes on them because the others cause really bad hot spots. My advice to you and anyone else doing this is to use 8 194s and modify them like on the privious page. When you get different sizes you take a chance on the color being slightly different. I bought some for my hvac, lighter and other things that were supposed to be the same color and they were totally different. But you have to go in from the front if you use all 194s. If you need any more info let me know.

Yep. But FYI white is the color I have. Super white is alittle more white but I like the white myself.

    Did this with sharpies

Note on resetting the needles figured this through trial and error

Note where all you needles idle at my stepper motors powered off the pin angles below zero
For the tach if you know your car you know your idle
For the speedo put the car in gear let it roll set at or a tad above zero
Gas just remember where it was.
Honestly my temps still off ... I hope starts at hot

PS don't crash in the speedo step

Its on my mods list I do all my internet from a phone so .. Sharpie mod here goes .. pull it all apart as explained, then color the back of the gauges with desired colors for desired places I did blue lines and light blue numbers, for the needle just thoroughly copperhead clear center circle underneath. I just grabbed another set of faces. If you use clear Scotch tape to create another layer of color its clearer .. ... .. also I want to post an infinity interior amp tutorial. I may need to type it up an let a vet host it

Here a[IMG][/IMG]re my gauges the needles are brighter in person.
