it might. it might not. the offset is a big factor but more importantly, the size of the lug pattern since there are more than one 5 lug bolt pattern

The bolt pattern you want is 5x114.3mm which is the same as 5x4.5" and you want an offset as close to the stock +46mm as possible.

in theory no. but if your car has 18's at stock height, its gonna look like a monster truck. most people don't like that stance and get lowering springs or coilovers to solve that problem
