    Fog Light Options

Hello all, I am looking to change my fog lights to a yellow bulb. Ive looked at quite a few on ebay that are really affordable. It says theyre a 37.5 watt bulb. Would this be an issue? I know I should go with HID but price wise its not really an option at this point. Just want to have a yellow fog that will produce the same light output while giving it the yellow look. Any suggestions?

Those are HID or just the standard halogen that are tinted yellow glass?

Now i was thinking the same thing, but with the constant heat of HIDs, could melt the fog housing right?? I ran my fogs off the runnning lights, and leave my running lights on all the time, so basically whenever i drive they are one. Would the housing still melt??

they could, it kinda depends on your usage. If your using them as running lights I would not get HID's, that is a lot of heat all the time.

OP i found these ones, and they would be a great upgrade, they are 55w which is brighter than the 37.5w

I had those in my 8g they were great for output and looked good for running lights.
