speedometer swap

Hi!
I have a galant 1999 2.5 v6 manual european, and I want to change speedometer from a galant 2000 2.5 v6 manual also european. But it has an electronical odometer, but mine hasn't.
Is it possible to change speedo's, I know that the 2000 would fit, but will everything work properly? Most of all I'm worrying about the odometer.

That post is spam my friend. The best I can tell you is to look at both of the connections in the back to see if they are the same.
