Clutch issues

So just before christmas my clutch f*cked out on me, pedal still had all its feeling as normal but couldn't change gear with the pedal down, since then i've changed the clutch, slave cylinder and just changed the master cylinder today, when I got the old 6 puck clutch off I found one of the springs in centre had been destroyed, so I put a new exedy 5 puck and new thrust bearing in but that didn't help, yesterday I pulled the slave cylinder off and found a lot of sediment around the piston and the piston wasn't returning to the top so I changed that with a new one but that didn't change anything either, today I replaced the master cylinder which had a couple of worn O-rings by the piston, and that still hasn't has any effect, the pedal still feels softer than it should and is pretty slow to come back up

If one has any ideas then it would be appreciated because i'm stumped

you changed the clutch disc, did you change the pressure plate?

Yeah changed the lot

maybe you can try bleeding the slave cylinder,it sounds like there is air in the lines.

done that, fluids coming out clean and clear with no air bubbles

is the clutch pedal staying down on the foor and you have to pull it back up?

Not the way he says to go about it in the video, but I can't get it into gear with the engine running and I cant start it in gear with the clutch down

what happens if you start it in gear with the clutch down?

have someone press the clutch and you go under the car. The fork should be right in the center when the clutch is not pressed and all the way to the left when the clutch is pressed. it should move like an inch or so to the left. If the rod doesnt push it that far then you may need the extended slave rod.

where's bolt on the master cyl. shaft located? Middle, all the way at the end of the shaft...? Im talking about on the clutch pedal.

you deffinantly have some kind of drag issue or your clutch fork isnt working properly.

the clutch fork is sitting at half way now, i'm going to drop it in to a garage this morning cuase i'm getting the check engine light come on but can't connect to the ecu to read the fault code so i'll get him to have a look at the clutch as well,

that bolt on the master cylinder shaft is right at the end

so the nut/bolt is all the to the end?if it is it needs to be adjusted.

this seems like your master cylinder is out of adjustment. if its out too far the clutch wont engage, another member had this issue and i posted over there what to do.

yeah that is possible he did just put a master cylinder in it.
