    Rota Slipstream on 8g

Does anyone have the Rota Slipstream on their 8g?

do you think they look good on the 8g? (16" black)

the only 8G that looks really good on 16's belongs to 4g63lover. The stance and meaty tires make all the difference.

They look good, but as stated above, do yourself a favor and buy 17's.

    Thanks Matt!

Bigbluetotoro had 16x8 +38 Slipstreams on his 8G though his were polished. Go search him up and you should find some pics.

I'd rather have the knowledge and ability to do it than the money to buy it already done.

    thanks for all your opinions

I bought the 2007 17" eclipse rims with the 225/50/17 tires, and they did not fit. I can't even tighten the lugs... I know the ideal size is 225/45/17. The only thing I changed was my struts and I used KYBs. This is the reason I'm looking for 16's.

You can't even tighten the lugs? What? You're doing something wrong.

Well of course you can't! After market lugs won't fit oem wheels you have to get oem lugs otherwise there's a gap in between.

I was using the OEM lugs, I have 2 sets of lug nuts 1 from the eclipse and 1 from the galant. I know how to change rims... anyway, that's why i am looking for 16s...

What kinda lug nuts were you using? You cant use Acorn nuts on the Eclipse wheels. You have to use the "Shank" style.
