    Best rims for 7g

whats the best rims size to fit in our 7g? i used ti have 18" once but they kinda destroyed my drivetrain so i am looking for something more light am thinking about 17" and whats the bolt pattern that fit our cars? 4/114?

17's have the least effect on the speedo. For safety reasons its the best choice

That's my problem living in Montana. We are close to nowhere and shipping is always a killer.

Back when I had a 7g I had 17" rims. I think that is the perfect size the 7g.

I liked my 18's on my galant. But once I put a set of 17's on i was equally as happy with the look. Actually sat a little closer to the ground because I wasn't about to put 35 series tires on the 18's(the proper sidewall for 18's on our cars) I ran 40 series tires.

So when I slapped 40 series 17's on there.... The car just looked better. Not to mention the performance advantage.

Honestly some ultra light 16's would be ideal from a performance standpoint. But it really depends on what you are going for. Street machine, drag car, autocross, track, canyon racing..... etc etc.

After lookinh for a while i decide to go with msr wheels style 166 or 068 mate black with red. With 205/40/r17 tires what do u guys think? Now by weight the 068 are 20 pounds while the 166 is 18pounds is this relevant? Btw my g is white s trim its has the black side virw mirrors and the black line that goes in the door u guys think it would look good??

I found some nice cheap 18 but i remember having 18 and them grinding in the back when i had ppl seating in the rear i dont want to ruin them. Now what do u mean by series 35 or 40?? I dont understand that.
