Sleepervr-4's where did my money go thread

Ok guys it's been a while since I've done anything serious related to modding. Thought I was done playing with cars but let the mid life era begin lmao. Never did a build thread on any of my rides so figure I document it this time around. Will be updating this thread with pics of my progress along the way. My goal with the car is to get it to the point where I can compete in road racing. Tired of going fast in a straight line so this build will be more about building my skills as a driver. Before I start modding to compete in road race I want to get the exterior taken care of so I can get the car cleaned up since I do daily drive it and would like to take care of the imperfections from its 11 years of life. It will not be a garage queen. My goal is a road race ready daily driver. So lets get some pics of items I've begun to pick up for the exterior before the real $$$ begin.

New tail lights. They are new aftermarket 3rd Gen tail lights. I'm waiting on my new sockets to get here so I can wire them up and get them on.

Winter wheels. I'd like to get a nice set of forged wheels but thought I get my winter wheels first so I can get off these dam steelies and still have money to get the exterior taken care of first.

I'll try to get some pics of the car and stuff that I have installed already some time in the near future. Thanks for viewing and hope you guys enjoy.

Yes I do all the work my self. I'm a master tech hence why I can't keep away from modding for too long lmao and I live out in Brooklyn.

No it is bolt on. Only thing that was a pita was tightening the bolts closest to the engine bay since I have aftermarket strut mounts and the nuts are larger than oem.
