    Noob Intro

    hello,

Names Joe and I have been looking into galants for the last few months. I am not a current owner but I have had a half dozen 1g and 2g dsms. I honestly didnt realize galant had a vr4 model or gsx version so when I learned that i became a instant fan and have joined several sites looking to find out what I dont know. Hope I can contribute to your site as I plan to use it likewise. Thanks!

From the sounds of it, possibly 6G? Seeing as he's mentioning the AWD models.

yeah maybe but he might get a 7g to if he wanted a 5 speed since those are pretty much the only ones that came 5 speed along with the 6g

Yeah but the 5-speed swap on an 8G doesn't require much more than a simple transmission replacement.
