    My two cents:

I prefer the original VR-4 look, clean, classic, appropiated. Super VR-4, a bit too much, but still original JDM; the Cyber 2, looks like its for a Honda, if not done right, looks like a disaster on wheels. Again, this is my opinion.

    ^ read my mind.

I expected the Rocky Mountains to be a little rockier than this.

    Let's put it this way:

Bobmundo, if you are planning to turn a clean looking GTZ

into what you did like with your previous (white) Galant

then that statement above holds true.....And, that's my opinion /

Super VR4 is winning. The VR4 is great too but that cyber kit isnt doing it for me. I dont mean to hurt your feelings but it screams I just got my car or something a kid high school would do.

All in all, its what makes you happy. Im sure people can argue for any one of those that they look the best, its what you would want to drive/see everyday is whats important.

No offense dude, but your old car looked terrible, the F1 fenders really did it in, now if you executed the Cyber kit the way Proto did on HIS car, it would actually look good. Personally, I'd go with one of the VR4s though

focus on lowering your car, then wheels, then body kits. perfect order because if you have a kit with stock height, it looks tacky to me.

actually, how much are you willing to spend? in other posts you sound very budget conscious so the reason i ask is your choices are all across the board price wise. the CYBER 2 (INITIAL V) bumper is the cheapest option since it is the most available. the SUPER VR4 is at the other end of the spectrum being the most rare. the facelift VR4 front end is still pricey considering it is imported and the fogs can be as much or more expensive than the bumper itself.

also a full color change paint job (jambs, doors, hood and trunk) will cost as much as your car. mine was around $4000 and that was only going from one shade of silver to another shade of silver.

do things one thing at a time. Ive been modding my car for over 2 years and all i have is suspension + wheels pretty much, but it looks good. if you take the time to do things right then it will come out good. if you rush through mods and buy cheap products it will look cheap.

Bob, at the end, is your ride, you should decide what you like or not, BUT, it is important, that whatever you decide, save, get the budget to tacke the project the right way; and as others had already told, do one thing at a time, that way, your ride will be evolving in a logic, and nice looking way, no matter your style. If I were you, I would start with the rims, then suspension, then body, then accesories, like hid, etc. The same goes for the interiors. Always helps to plan in advance.

I absolutely agree with all of you guys. Yea, But for the record, The way the old 8G looked was due to prior Frame damage... Radiator support damage.. and Headlights being duct taped to stay... Basically i threw everything together jus so the G would be able to show up at the meet... horrible first impression.. absolutely... but in the end I basically ended up working with what I had. But before she died she didn't look too bad now...

    =/

Now as far as budgeting... everything is in the works, but as everyone here is saying, I'm not gonna rush and take the cheapest way out. I'm Building a "Purchase LIst" and doing everything Right. I made this thread to get a general Idea of what the communtiy thought of each body type. If I were to get the Cyber two.. I would basically do a Proto clone.. That thing is gorgeous...

and to the honda statement.. hell naww.. lol...

I'm starting to think the Suber Vr4 Would Be a decent route.. I'm Thinking White, and the extension would be painted Black.. But I'd be painting the whole bumper as one.. Not the bumper then the extensions.. To me there is no reason to really do that...

But yea.. thanks for the input guys... keep em rolling in.. .drop some picks of your 8G with body work.. Maybe I'll get inspired, along with the other members.

Everyone have their own thing, I always thought that the cyber 2 front look a bit to aggressive for our cars so I did a lip instead. On the contrary, I still like the cyber rear and felt it wasnt to aggressive. So it is really how you want your car to look for you.

cyber kit is definitely not my type its more of a ricer look for me...if you pick the super vr4 or the old style vr4 front end and planning to get the extensions it may get a lil pricey. plus you might not be able to find the super vr4 side and rear kit if thats the look youre looking for...like what reelax said they are very rare! new style vr4 look socal is selling the whole kit( from front, side and rear)

it all depends on you, and definitely you have know how much are you willing to spend cuz once you put a which ever kit you like, you are most likely or HAVE TO drop your car to make it all flow together which will cost another $$$.
