bump stops

okay so this is a very noob question.so i went to the local dealer and the parts store such as autozone, o'reilly,and etc to ask for the front suspension bump stop or the damper.they all had really no idea what i was talking about and they kept pulling up the strut bellow like the one below.



is the yellow part in the picture is the bump stop?i don't think it is since mine looks totally different and the strut bellow is different as well but i could be wrong. so is there a different name to which the 'bump stop' is referred to as?thanks in advance guys.and yes, i used the infamous search button.
