Service engine soon light on and off

Yesterday, I refueled and after drove 200 miles, I found my service engine soon light is on. This morning, When I refueled again, the light is off. Shall I go to the autoshop to do the diagnose or just let it go.......Thx.

get it scanned at your local autoparts store when the light is turned on... find out whats going on

do you have an intake? but when the intake got installed you didnt have the ecu flashed? if you dont flash it. the engine light comes on..

Did you put the gas cap on all the way so it clicks? If you dont the CEL comes on until you turn it tight.

Just go get the code scanned. It should still be in your ecu memory even though the mil light isn't on. When they turn back off after being lit it usually means that the ecu has found that the problem has corrected but it doesn't hurt to see what it was for future reference.

fyi if you go to places like pep boys or autozone they will pull the code for free.
