2003 Mitsubishi Galant ESOHLA! Welcome! Get that tune up and maintainence done first! lol... you can do lots of things, turbo... 5 speed swap... but you haven't driven mine have you? first things first though man, get everything that needs to be replaced, replaced.
I'm new here also.
Just purschased my 2000 Galant ES on Friday. It already has a set of rims on it. Just thought I'd get on here and see what else everyone was doing to theirs.
Any suggestions?

Thats where I got mine from, anything from an eclipse SHOULD fit if its the same engine, 4G64 2.4L. But for your rear mount, you are going to have to buy a brand spankin new one, that rear roller mount is TOAST nothing there... lol

First thing I would suggest is to upgrade the suspension (if it's still running on stock). You'll find many more stuff to do in your car in this site.
I would assume that it is all stock still. I haven't even had a chance to check that out yet. and it decided to snow last night. lol.

Motor mounts, a must so thats a first
water pump, timing belt(since we don't know last time it was replace)
spark plugs, air filter(I have an air filter you can have I think, brand new)
deff new struts, if you can wait around till june, hit me up I have some
and possibly some hubs, but I couldn't hear it that well, because that engine is bouncing around lol
oh and a valve cover gasket and plugs seals
hmm.. maybe a tranny flush, idk
