hey everyone....
i think many of you will be interested in seeing these OEM parts for your 9G... please note that most of them are never sold in US...
for example,
1) OEM side electrically folding mirrors with flashers for Mitsu Galant 9
2) OEM chrome plated window moldings
3) OEM door crash moldings
4) OEM chrome plated outside handles
5) OEM Speedo cluster

im glad they didnt put that much chrome on the US Galants
so why is that? you think with chrome elements 9G could look too expensive for you?

too much chrome trim on cars looks tacky IMO. but then again thats just me. others think its "luxurious" some is ok to me, but all of that chrome would be overkill
That chrome looks tasteful, just small touches. Now the guy down the block with the chrome weather stripping between every single damn body panel on his Rodeo, that's tacky as hell.

Too much chrome in the wrong areas and wrong proportions looks tacky. If it didn't, Rolls Royce, Bently, etc... would all be doing it.
It looks like a crappy Honda Civic that somebody went to Autozone and paid $20 bucks for 4 feet of of trim and tried to put it on anything and everything they could.

maybe you don't often see ROLLS ROYCE, BENTLY, etc. because all of those companies do use chrome extensively:

I may be looking into upgrading to a 9g... and those gauge cluster and mirrors are sexy!
Currently on my 3rd 8G... Not giving up this time!
yeah. me likes the mirrors but $$ is allotted for gas and repair right now. boo
I was kinda referring to some of the more sporty type models of the higher end cars. 9g's are more of a sporty vehicle than full on luxury where a lot of chrome looks ok.
Effort and courage are not enough, without purpose and direction.
