Check out both websits, I would rec RPW. Thier cams are beautifully made, and they make cams for our 4g64 N/A motors. They also sell valve springs for the cam you will be using...as a warning or heads up. You are going to be spending a large amount of money for just one camshaft, so be ready to hear a nasty price. I got my cam from RPW stage 3 turbo cam and spent about close to $700.00 for just one. Other than that, good luck and hope this helped alot.

Also I just saw your post for going turbo...I would go with thier turbo cam, but also this mod prob not worth doing bc its not like you trying to aim for high power. Are you building up the motor or keeping it stock? If you are staying stock than dont even bother upgrading your head bc you are going to be spending alot for nothing. Rem when you change out your cam you have to also change the spings, retainers, lifters, and depending on how your valves look maybe new valves and the cleaning of the head. You do not want a dirty head going back into your car. As for valve springs, you can either get it from RPW or this website (http://www.beehivespring.com/Store/P...?ProductID=203) which are cheaper and yes this will fit and fit stock retainers. Im running them right now.
