does it run fine after it is warmed up or does it seem like it is going to stall?

I'm going to junk yard in morning to grab an iac valve then swap it in and see if it changes, then I'll mess with the screw.

Seems like it's going to stall and I can make it stall if I'm not easy on it.

Yeah it sounds like your iac is probably bad on it,does the idle needle seem to bounce around

No, bouncing. I'll pulled the iac and turned on the key and watched it. It moved out then in then out a little then stopped.

Has it been idling at least since you cleaned the iac?It seems like the iac would be working then.Maybe the fiav(fast idle air valve) is bad,it could be clogged.

It is part of the throttle body where the coolant goes through,i think yours is built in to the throttle body i am not really sure.If changing the iac doesnt help i would see if i can find a used throttle body, the fiav allows the coolant to go through and warm up the car then it shuts after a certain amount of time.

I'll know the cold start tomorrow as I adjusted it while car was up to full operating temp. The rpm I set it to is 850-900rpm

Well that's just where I set it with the screw.

Ok cold morning start and no fast idle? It was a hard start and around 600rpm till it warmed up. This is why I didn't want to mess with the screw, I'm not stupid I knee it was something else. Damn!

Dont panic is ok. I told u u need to let it idle for 14 min no driving. My friend has a iac motor i could get it for u. Pm me. Coolant on the iac has to do anything with the idle. Mine right now is bypass for the summer. The pcm has the settings for engine warm up. When cold engine rev around 1500 to 2000 rpm to get to operating temp and it should to down to 700 to 800 rpm. If you dont get that jump to 2000 when cold the iac is bad.

Ok so I'll reset then let idle 14min then drive it? Or shut it off then drive?

Yeah the iac deffinantly seems to be bad, just give it a day or two for the computer to adjust and if it is still not getting a high idle the iac is bad like i said it was.
