    New Header, Leaking Downpipe

I recently installed an aftermarket header on my 02 Galant and now exhaust is leaking where the header meets the downpipe. I still have factory pipe after the header all the way back. The angle that the header has at the bottom is a little off and I also ran into a snag when installing it. I had to bend the protrusion on the downpipe that kinda fits into the header because it would not fit together. Is there another gasket that I can use that is a little thicker? I can feel it leaking on the side towards the engine but the front is sealed up.

Try tightening the bolt closes to the engine if that dosent work i would go to a muffler shop they can put a sealing solution on it. Maybe others will chime in with better info!

Only sonata f5m42 swapped. N/A build in motion.

Well the bolts are as tight as I could get them. I can't tilt the downpipe anymore up to help it seal better.
