7G would be smaller and 9G would be bigger to match their OE rolling circumferences.

^^^ Correct, this size is better suited for 8G.
7g would either be 215/35 or 215/40
and just in case with the listed wheel width, for 9G 225/45, a 235/40 would be a bit wide for this wheel.
