Different sized tires for stock wheels?

As you can see, I drive an '03 GTZ. I have the 16" alloys, with 205/55/16s. I was wondering if 225/50/16 would work well enough at stock ride height. I saw a two year old topic talking about the stock wheels and 225/50/16, but some people said it was too big while others said that's what they run.

Yes it is fine to run. I ran them on my Galant stock height.
