    Problem With Drum Brakes

okay so i noticed a clunking noise, thinking it was the drum bake i took my wheel off, sure enough it was the drum brake and it had been loosened, so i put it back in place, made sure it was secure, and put the wheel back on, the noise then went away, but after i hit some lightly bumpy road, it came back, and i took the wheel off, and it was loosened AGAIN, my question is how to fix it so it wont loosen again, thanks!

What exactly loosened? Not normal to do that unless you have some worn or missing hardware.
