Thanks for looking Roman, so my flywheel took a dump? Have you experienced this problem with any of the swaps you've done or seen?

I can't wait to take down the tranny and see whats going on.

I got my fidanza for 150 and it still runs like a champ, plus its a ton lighter and revs up a lot quicker... that's what I would recommend if you have to change the flywheel. Also I can't remember but i think i ordered the bolts from a ford escort or something, its been too long.

just reread your thread, if one of the springs on the clutch disc look damaged it could be the disc. I too was using the Exedy clutch and on mine the friction disc springs were defective, i only had the shit in there for about 2 months. Im in the process of changing it right now wit a Daiken clutch.

Not how fast your car goes but how good u drive going fast.

We'll see when its down, I reused the clutch that was on the 3g brand was Aisin, My dad trying to save me some money wanted to reuse it, and it was too late when he told me that one of the springs was loose on the clutch disc.

So clutch kit is going to be new this time should be here on friday, flywheel is going to be cut this time (I know I suck) or if it isn't good I'm buying another used OEM one and getting it cut.

I wish I could afford a new oem but $270 is a little too much for me right now, and I got a quote on a fidanza aluminum shipped for $360 another for $390 so those are out of question, clutch masters are $400+

Ok guys problem has been found. The play was caused because the part of the crank or whatever is called that goes through the flywheel, has a step, and gets smaller in diameter. In order to make the flywheel get to the part where the shaft is the same diameter as the flywheel center hole, I need to leave one of these uninstalled (the spacer pictured is the one that goes between the flywheel and the bolts): The one I would need to leave unistalled is the one that goes between the crank and the flywheel. But you get the idea.

I don't know if this was something obvious, and it was needed to be taken out, but it isn't mentioned in any of hundreds of threads I read, I don't know if its a bad idea but its the only way to make the flywheel fit like I think it should on the crank, The play was like 1/3 of an inch with this space in.

If you think is a bad idea and will cause more problem please tell me what can I do. If it was obvious and mentioned in the tut thread or somewhere My bad And show me where's the info.

    EDIT:
This are pics of the actual spacer(goes between flywheel and crank):

Guiding myself by the marks on it the lip is curved toward the block thats how it was installed, if done the opposite it looks like it would space out the flywheel even more, so I don't know, this is whats needs to be done.

Success!!!!!! Lol The spacer was my problem, maybe the old clutch had some of the fault too, new clutch kit and TOB, used the spacer that goes between the flywheel and the bolts. WOW just wow, feels so good no more strange noise on any rpm range, no more vibration, it just feels like factory lol, Thanks to everyone for the help trying to diagnose the problem.
